Taiwanese and foreign businesses should watch closely! At this moment before the US-China trade negotiation, China suddenly promulgated the “Draft of Foreign Investment Law,” and this most important law will fully replace three existing ones that regulate Sino-foreign equity joint ventures, Sino-foreign contractual joint ventures, and wholly foreign owned enterprises for almost 40 years.
